What's new in Speeeak and in the WordPress plugin – newest first.

21 October 2026 – Four plans, free account, tutorial

  • New plans: Free (now with a free account and one recording widget), Plus (personal, €4.90), Pro (for websites, €19) and Business (teams, €49). Overview

21 October 2026 – Your own mail account

  • E-mails from Speeeak now go exclusively through your own mailbox or mail service (Account → E-mail sending): voice card mails and voice replies to widget visitors arrive with your name and your address. Templates for Brevo, Postmark, Amazon SES, Mailgun, Resend, Gmail, Microsoft 365, IONOS, STRATO, ALL-INKL. Guide
  • Embed window: table “What is shown – and where you change it”.

21 Oct – E-mail, account bar, docs

  • Send by e-mail: voice card as an image, sending directly from Speeeak, “Paste into my e-mail”, “Open e-mail”. Replies by voice come back as mail.
  • Account bar: Messages · Inbox · Landing pages · Widgets · Leads · Account – on every page, plus “+ New”.
  • Widget: file selection on/off, name optionally required, note below the e-mail field, your own consent sentence, operator's privacy policy link, Speeeak line can be hidden (Plus), colour from the plugin applies in the widget.
  • Landing page: eight display switches (header, heading, subheading, photo, save audio, available until, servers in the EU, privacy policy link), your own privacy policy link.
  • Listening page: reply mode with a clear notice and “Send reply” button.
  • WordPress plugin 1.4.1: pills instead of dropdowns, links to widget page/listening page, privacy policy link can be entered yourself, no double frame in panel/window.

20 Oct – Widget, plugin, data processing agreement

  • Recording widget (from Plus), Inbox with reply buttons.
  • WordPress plugin 1.0 to 1.3: shortcodes, blocks, own menu item, floating displays (pill, popup, tab, round button).
  • Data processing agreement by click with signing record and PDF.
  • Short links speeeak.io/l/name (Plus), data export and delete account.
  • Home page without scrolling, favicon, legal texts extended.

19 Oct – Plus and landing pages

  • Plus subscription with checkout, invoices, cancellation and withdrawal.
  • Landing pages with four designs, logo, photo, buttons and lead form.
