Export data and delete account
Take everything with you or delete everything – both with a single click, no questions asked.
Export data
Account → Account → “Download ZIP”. You get a ZIP file with everything Speeeak has stored about you:

With many messages, packing takes a few seconds.
Delete account
Account → Account → “Delete account permanently”: as a safeguard, type “LÖSCHEN” and enter your password.
What happens then – immediately and permanently:
- all voice messages and listening links are gone (embedded places only show a notice),
- landing pages, widgets and form entries are deleted,
- a running subscription ends, nothing more is charged,
- the data processing agreement is terminated,
- your customer record is anonymised (“Deleted account”).
What remains: invoices (statutory retention, without any link to a person) and the deletion log (only that and when something was deleted, no content).
💡 Tip: Export first, then delete – the ZIP is your only copy.
